11. Assist with administrative duties such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and processing payments.
12. Handle member complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.
13. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including attendance and punctuality standards.
14. Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
