4. Handle member inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner, escalating to the pharmacist when necessary.
5. Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling and insurance billing.
6. Keep the pharmacy department clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
7. Contribute to the overall success of the pharmacy department by meeting sales goals and providing exceptional customer service.
8. Continuously learn and stay up-to-date on the latest pharmacy products and services to better assist members.
9. Collaborate with the pharmacy team to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
10. Follow all company policies and procedures related to safety, security, and confidentiality of member information.
11. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, representing Costco's values and commitment to customer satisfaction.
12. Attend training and meetings as required to enhance skills and knowledge.
13. Adhere to all state and federal laws and regulations governing the pharmacy department.
14. Perform other duties as assigned by the pharmacy manager or supervisor.
