10. Keep up-to-date with new medications, treatments, and products in the pharmacy industry to provide the best possible service to our members.
11. Adhere to all safety and privacy regulations and maintain confidentiality of member information.
12. Attend training and development sessions to continuously improve knowledge and skills.
13. Assist with inventory management and ordering of medications and supplies.
14. Handle cash, credit, and insurance transactions accurately and securely.
15. Work collaboratively with the rest of the team to achieve sales and customer service goals.
