1. Greet and welcome customers to Costco Wholesale in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Assist in promoting and selling pharmaceutical products to customers.
3. Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns regarding pharmaceutical products.
4. Maintain a thorough knowledge of all products and services offered in the pharmacy department.
5. Work closely with the pharmacy team to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the department.
6. Keep the pharmacy department clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
7. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the store's POS system.
8. Educate customers about the benefits of being a Costco member and assist with membership sign-ups.
9. Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and targets.
10. Continuously update knowledge of new pharmaceutical products and industry developments.
11. Follow all safety and regulatory guidelines when handling and dispensing medications.
12. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and placing orders as needed.
13. Maintain confidentiality of customer information and adhere to all HIPAA regulations.
14. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
15. Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment by being a team player.
16. Stay updated on Costco's policies and procedures and adhere to them at all times.
17. Attend training and development sessions to enhance knowledge and skills.
18. Perform any other duties as assigned by the pharmacy manager.
