1. Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy department, including managing inventory, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, and maintaining accurate records.

3. Hire, train, and evaluate pharmacy staff, providing ongoing coaching and development to ensure a high level of performance and customer service.
