Strong Knowledge Of Pharmacy Operations, Including Inventory Management, Prescription Processing, And Compliance With State And Federal Regulations.
A Doctor Of Pharmacy (Pharmd) Degree From An Accredited Institution, Along With A Current State Pharmacy License.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience As A Licensed Pharmacist, With At Least 2 Years In A Leadership Or Managerial Role.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Lead And Manage A Team Of Pharmacists And Technicians.
Proficiency In Computer Systems And Software Used In Pharmacy Operations, Such As Electronic Health Records And Prescription Processing Software.
