- Collaborate with other departments to promote pharmacy services and increase customer satisfaction.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and development for pharmacy staff.
- Maintain accurate and organized records, including patient profiles, insurance information, and prescription orders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends, and implement best practices to continuously improve pharmacy operations.
- Ensure a safe and clean working environment, adhering to all safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Participate in company meetings and trainings, and represent the pharmacy department in a professional manner.

Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Pharmacy Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience As A Licensed Pharmacist.
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team.
