- Continuously evaluate and improve pharmacy services to meet the needs of customers and promote customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain relationships with pharmaceutical vendors to ensure competitive pricing and availability of medications.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in pharmaceutical regulations to ensure compliance and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Manage inventory levels and order medications and supplies as needed.
- Handle customer complaints and inquiries regarding pharmacy services and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Participate in company meetings and training to stay informed on company policies and procedures.
- Lead by example and uphold Costco's values and standards of excellence in customer service.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the overall success and growth of the company.
