- Ensure the pharmacy department is meeting financial goals and targets.
- Stay up-to-date on all Costco policies and procedures and ensure they are being followed by all pharmacy team members.
- Participate in professional development opportunities and maintain all necessary licenses and certifications.
Bachelor's Degree In Pharmacy Or Related Field From An Accredited Institution.
Active Pharmacist License In The State Where The Costco Wholesale Location Is Located.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience Working As A Pharmacist, Preferably In A Retail Setting.
Strong Leadership Skills With Proven Experience In Managing And Developing A Team Of Pharmacy Staff.
Knowledge Of Pharmacy Laws And Regulations, Including Hipaa And Medicare Part D, And Ability To Ensure Compliance Within The Pharmacy Department.
