  5. Collaborate with other departments and teams within Costco to ensure a seamless and efficient member experience.
  6. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to pharmacy operations and patient care.
  7. Oversee the hiring, training, and performance evaluations of pharmacy staff.
  8. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork, open communication, and professional growth.
  9. Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and vendors to enhance pharmacy services and offerings.
  10. Continuously monitor and analyze pharmacy performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate solutions.
  11. Resolve any member complaints or concerns related to pharmacy services in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  12. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments to make recommendations for new products and services that align with Costco's values and goals.
  13. Ensure strict adherence to patient confidentiality and privacy laws.
  14. Maintain accurate and organized records of all pharmacy operations, including prescriptions, inventory, and financial transactions.
  15. Collaborate with the corporate office to implement company-wide initiatives and policies related to pharmacy operations.
