Bachelor's Degree In Pharmacy Or Related Field: A Pharmacy Manager At Costco Wholesale Should Have A Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In Pharmacy Or A Related Field. This Educational Background Will Ensure They Have A Strong Understanding Of Pharmaceuticals And The Ability To Manage A Pharmacy Team Effectively.
Valid State Pharmacy License: A Pharmacy Manager Must Have A Valid State Pharmacy License To Practice And Dispense Medication. This Ensures They Are Knowledgeable About State Regulations And Can Adhere To All Legal Requirements.
