9. Handle any member concerns or complaints regarding their medication or pharmacy experience.
10. Participate in the maintenance and cleanliness of the pharmacy department.
11. Ensure compliance with Costco's policies and procedures.
12. Train and supervise pharmacy technicians and other support staff.
13. Promote and market pharmacy services to increase member utilization.
14. Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
