- Accurately and efficiently process payroll for all employees on a timely basis.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records, including employee information, wages, taxes, and benefits.
- Monitor and review payroll data to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Respond to employee inquiries and concerns regarding their payroll and benefits.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure the accuracy and completeness of payroll data.
- Ensure payroll data is entered and processed accurately into the payroll system.
- Calculate and process bonuses, commissions, and other incentives.
- Process payroll adjustments, including new hires, terminations, and salary changes.
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports, including tax reports, deductions, and earnings summaries.
- Stay updated on payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Maintain confidentiality of all payroll and employee information.
- Assist in resolving any payroll discrepancies or issues.
- Provide excellent customer service to employees and management regarding payroll questions and concerns.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks and projects as needed.
Strong Understanding Of Payroll Processes And Procedures: The Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Payroll Laws, Regulations, And Procedures To Ensure Accurate And Timely Payroll Processing.
Proficient In Payroll Software: The Candidate Should Be Familiar With Payroll Software, Such As Adp Or Kronos, And Have The Ability To Use It Efficiently To Process Payroll And Generate Reports.
