1. Manage and process payroll for all employees accurately and in a timely manner.

3. Maintain and update payroll records, including employee information and tax withholding information.
4. Work closely with HR and other departments to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee changes, such as new hires, terminations, and salary adjustments.
5. Collaborate with external payroll service providers to resolve any issues and ensure accurate data transfer.
6. Prepare and distribute payroll reports to relevant departments and management.
7. Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
8. Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll laws and regulations and implement necessary changes in processes and systems.
9. Provide exceptional customer service to employees by promptly addressing any payroll-related inquiries or concerns.
10. Assist in the development and implementation of payroll policies and procedures.
11. Maintain confidentiality of payroll information and handle sensitive information with discretion.
12. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and accuracy.
13. Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives related to payroll and HR processes.
14. Train and mentor new team members as needed.
15. Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely recording of payroll-related expenses and liabilities.
