- Accurately pick and pack member orders according to established procedures and standards.
- Operate order picking equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and efficient manner.
- Ensure that all products are properly labeled and packaged for shipment.
- Collaborate with team members to prioritize and fulfill member orders in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Communicate any inventory discrepancies or product quality issues to supervisors.
- Meet productivity and accuracy goals set by management.
- Provide exceptional customer service to members by addressing any questions or concerns regarding their orders.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
- Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and changes in inventory to accurately fulfill orders.
- Work collaboratively with other departments, such as shipping and receiving, to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Physical Stamina And Strength: Order Pickers At Costco Wholesale Are Required To Lift And Move Heavy Items On A Regular Basis, Therefore Physical Stamina And Strength Are Essential Qualifications For This Job.
