  3. Assist customers with the selection and purchase of eyewear based on their needs and preferences.
  4. Dispense and adjust eyewear according to customer prescriptions and preferences.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring all products are properly displayed and stocked.
  6. Stay up-to-date on the latest eyewear trends, products, and technologies to effectively assist customers.
  7. Utilize strong sales techniques to promote and upsell products and services.
  8. Collaborate with the Optical team to meet and exceed sales targets and goals.
  9. Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
  10. Maintain accurate and organized records of sales, inventory, and customer information.
  11. Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
  12. Continuously strive to improve knowledge and skills in the optical field through training and development opportunities.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
  14. Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and responding to emails.
  15. Represent the company in a positive and professional manner at all times.
