8. Consistently meet and exceed membership sales goals.
9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with members to enhance their overall experience.
10. Keep up-to-date with current promotions, events, and product offerings to effectively promote them to members.
11. Participate in training and development opportunities to continuously improve customer service skills.
12. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
