Responsibilities:

1. Lead a team of engineers in the development of digital applications and experiences for Costco Wholesale customers.
2. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand customer needs and develop solutions that meet those requirements.
3. Ensure that engineering teams are using the latest digital technologies and best practices to develop applications and experiences.
4. Monitor and mentor the engineering team to ensure that all projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.
5. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and partners to ensure that the team has access to the latest technology and solutions.
6. Manage the team’s budget and resources to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
7. Stay abreast of the latest digital technologies and trends and recommend solutions to improve customer experiences.
8. Regularly report on the progress of projects and provide updates to senior management.
9. Work with the team to continuously improve processes and procedures to ensure maximum efficiency.
