- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, organizing, and repairing equipment to ensure the overall cleanliness and functionality of the warehouse.
- Identify and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Conduct regular inspections of the warehouse to ensure all equipment and areas are in proper working condition.
- Assist in the upkeep and maintenance of the facility's exterior, including parking lot and landscaping.
- Maintain and organize maintenance supplies and equipment to ensure they are readily available when needed.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from management and other team members.
- Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance problems in a timely and efficient manner.
- Follow proper safety protocols and procedures while performing maintenance tasks.
- Communicate and coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of the warehouse.
- Assist in training new employees on maintenance tasks and procedures.
- Uphold a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers and fellow team members.
- Continuously strive to improve and maintain the overall appearance and functionality of the warehouse.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and report any issues to management.
- Attend and participate in team meetings and trainings as required.
Knowledge Of Basic Maintenance Techniques And Procedures: This Includes Experience In Troubleshooting And Repairing Common Issues Such As Plumbing, Electrical, And Hvac Systems.
Physical Fitness And Strength: The Job May Involve Lifting Heavy Equipment, Standing For Long Periods, And Performing Physically Demanding Tasks, So The Candidate Should Be In Good Physical Condition.
