Maintenance Assistant

- Conduct regular inspections of the warehouse to identify any maintenance or cleanliness issues.

- Keep track of inventory and supplies needed for maintenance tasks and notify appropriate parties when supplies need to be restocked.
- Work with other maintenance team members to develop and implement a preventative maintenance schedule.
- Respond promptly to any urgent maintenance requests and prioritize tasks accordingly.
- Ensure all safety protocols and procedures are followed when completing maintenance tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper disposal of any hazardous materials.
- Communicate effectively with management and other team members regarding any maintenance concerns or updates.
- Assist with coordinating and overseeing outsourced maintenance services.
- Continuously look for ways to improve and streamline maintenance processes.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Knowledge Of Maintenance Procedures And Equipment: A Maintenance Assistant At Costco Wholesale Should Have A Strong Understanding Of General Maintenance Practices, As Well As The Ability To Operate And Maintain Various Equipment And Tools.
