- Conduct regular security checks throughout the store to ensure all areas are secure and merchandise is accounted for.
- Review security footage and investigate any potential theft or fraudulent activity.
- Work closely with store management to implement loss prevention strategies and procedures.
- Identify and address any security vulnerabilities in the store and make recommendations for improvement.
- Create and maintain accurate records of all security incidents and reports.
- Train and educate store employees on loss prevention practices and procedures.
- Collaborate with law enforcement and legal teams when necessary.
- Conduct internal investigations into employee theft or misconduct.
- Assist with store inventory counts to ensure accuracy and prevent losses.
- Monitor and enforce store policies and procedures to prevent theft and fraud.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Respond to emergency situations and provide timely and effective resolutions.
