  1. Monitor and maintain store security measures to prevent loss or damage to company assets.
  2. Conduct regular patrols and surveillance of store premises to identify potential threats or suspicious activity.
  3. Communicate and collaborate with store management and other team members to identify and address potential security risks.
  4. Review and analyze security footage to identify any irregularities or suspicious behavior.
  5. Investigate and report any incidents of theft, fraud, or other security breaches.
  6. Maintain accurate and organized records of security incidents and investigations.
  7. Develop and implement loss prevention strategies and procedures to minimize risk and prevent loss.
  8. Train and educate store employees on loss prevention protocols and procedures.
  9. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed for investigations and prosecution.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in loss prevention to continually improve our security measures.
  11. Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding safety and security.
  12. Provide excellent customer service by assisting members and employees with any security-related concerns or inquiries.
  13. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all aspects of the job.
  14. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications
