  1. Conduct surveillance of store premises to identify and prevent theft, fraud, and other security threats.
  2. Monitor CCTV cameras and alarms, and respond to any suspicious or unusual activity.
  3. Conduct investigations of reported incidents and gather evidence for possible legal action.
  4. Collaborate with store management and law enforcement agencies to address security concerns and resolve issues.
  5. Maintain accurate and timely records of all security incidents and investigations.
  6. Conduct regular audits of store processes and procedures to identify potential security risks and make recommendations for improvement.
  7. Train and educate store employees on company policies and procedures related to loss prevention and security.
  8. Conduct inventory audits to identify discrepancies and take appropriate action to address them.
  9. Ensure that all safety and security protocols are followed, including proper opening and closing procedures.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in loss prevention techniques and technologies.
  11. Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members and other departments within the company.
  12. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with members and employees.
  13. Adhere to company confidentiality policies and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  14. Participate in regular training and development opportunities to enhance job knowledge and skills.
  15. Adhere to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to security and loss prevention.
