- Utilize surveillance equipment to identify potential security risks and monitor suspicious activity.
- Conduct thorough investigations of any security incidents, including reviewing footage and interviewing witnesses.
- Report any security concerns or incidents to the appropriate authorities.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all security-related incidents and investigations.
- Collaborate with store management and other team members to develop and implement effective loss prevention strategies.
- Train and educate store employees on loss prevention procedures and best practices.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of merchandise, inventory, and cash handling procedures to identify any discrepancies.
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures, ensuring all security measures are properly followed.
- Respond to any emergency situations, such as medical emergencies or fire alarms, in a calm and efficient manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any security concerns or questions from members and employees.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest security technologies and techniques to continuously improve loss prevention efforts.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times, representing the company in a positive manner.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
- Perform any other duties or tasks as assigned by management.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills
High School Diploma Or Equivalent
Previous Experience In Loss Prevention Or Security Preferred
