
Loss Prevention Clerk

- Monitor and identify potential security risks within the store premises.
- Conduct regular patrols and surveillance to ensure the safety of customers and employees.
- Investigate and report any suspicious activities or incidents to the Loss Prevention Manager.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures related to loss prevention.
- Monitor and review CCTV footage to identify any potential theft or fraudulent behavior.
- Assist in conducting internal investigations and interviews as needed.
- Collaborate with store management and other departments to develop and implement effective loss prevention strategies.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all incidents and investigations.
- Train and educate store employees on loss prevention protocols and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Respond to emergency situations and provide assistance as needed.
- Communicate effectively with law enforcement officials and testify in court as required.
- Stay updated on industry trends and new techniques in loss prevention.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Loss Prevention Manager.
