7. Collaborate with store management and other departments to develop and implement effective loss prevention strategies.
8. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all incidents and investigations.
9. Train and educate store employees on loss prevention protocols and procedures.
10. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
11. Respond to emergency situations and provide assistance as needed.
12. Communicate effectively with law enforcement officials and testify in court as required.
13. Stay updated on industry trends and new techniques in loss prevention.
14. Adhere to all safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.
15. Perform any other duties assigned by the Loss Prevention Manager.
