  3. Conduct thorough eye examinations and assessments to determine the correct prescription for each individual member.
  4. Utilize technical skills to properly fit and adjust eyeglasses and contact lenses for members.
  5. Educate members on proper usage and care of their eyewear products.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in eyewear technology to provide members with the best options.
  7. Maintain accurate and organized records of member prescriptions and purchases.
  8. Collaborate with other team members, such as optometrists and optical lab technicians, to ensure a seamless and efficient process for members.
  9. Adhere to all safety and hygiene protocols while handling eyewear products.
  10. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by the company.
  11. Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  12. Stay updated on Costco’s policies and procedures related to eyewear sales and services.
  13. Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  14. Maintain a clean and organized work area to provide a pleasant and comfortable environment for members.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to improve the overall customer experience at Costco Wholesale.

  • Current State License: A Qualified Candidate For This Position Should Possess A Valid And Current License As A Licensed Optician In The State Where The Costco Wholesale Location Is Located.
