  1. Provide exceptional customer service to all members of Costco Wholesale.
  2. Utilize optician skills and expertise to assist members in finding the perfect eyewear solutions.
  3. Educate members on proper eye care and promote healthy vision practices.
  4. Work collaboratively with a team of opticians and other optical department staff.
  5. Maintain a warm and friendly demeanor to make members feel welcomed and valued.
  6. Ensure all transactions are accurately processed and recorded.
  7. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology.
  8. Maintain knowledge of all products and services offered by Costco Wholesale.
  9. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  10. Work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and tasks.
  11. Assist with inventory management and ordering of optical supplies.
  12. Troubleshoot and resolve any customer or product issues.
  13. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  14. Keep confidential member information secure.
  15. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales goals.
  16. Attend training and education sessions to further develop skills and knowledge.
  17. Comply with all safety and health regulations.
  18. Represent the company in a professional manner at all times.
  19. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

  • A Valid State License As An Optician: To Be Considered For A Licensed Optician Position At Costco Wholesale, Candidates Must Possess A Valid State License As An Optician.
