- Conduct thorough and accurate eyewear measurements and fittings.
- Assist members in selecting the best eyewear products for their individual needs.
- Educate and inform members about various lens options, frames, and other eyewear products.
- Maintain and update accurate patient records and files.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and positive member experience.
- Adhere to all applicable state and federal laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
- Keep up-to-date with current trends and advancements in the optometry industry.
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with members.
- Handle and resolve any member complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.

- Comply with all safety and security protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
Active License: The Candidate Must Possess A Valid And Active License As An Optician From The State In Which They Will Be Working.
Education And Training: A Minimum Of A High School Diploma Or Equivalent, Along With Specialized Training In Opticianry, Is Required For This Position.
Customer Service Skills: Excellent Customer Service Skills Are Necessary To Effectively Communicate With Members And Provide Them With The Best Possible Eyewear Solutions.
Experience: Prior Experience Working As An Optician Is Preferred, With A Strong Understanding Of Lens And Frame Selection, Fitting, And Adjustments.
Team Player: The Candidate Must Be Able To Work Well In A Team Environment, Collaborating With Other Opticians, Optometrists, And Other Costco Employees To Provide Exceptional Service To Members.
