- Educate members on the proper use and care of their hearing aids, as well as provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance.
- Maintain accurate records of member interactions and hearing aid sales in compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Stay up-to-date on industry advancements and changes in hearing aid technology to provide the best possible care to members.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and Costco team members to provide a seamless and comprehensive hearing care experience for members.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with members, ensuring a positive and welcoming environment for all.
- Adhere to all ethical and legal standards related to hearing aid dispensing and maintain confidentiality of member information.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to continuously improve knowledge and skills related to hearing care.
- Contribute to the overall success of the Costco team by meeting individual and departmental sales and performance goals.
State Licensure: A Valid And Current State License As A Hearing Aid Dispenser Is A Must-Have Qualification For This Job. This Ensures That The Candidate Has Met The Necessary Educational And Training Requirements To Dispense Hearing Aids To Customers.
