  5. Maintain accurate records of member consultations and hearing aid dispensing.

  8. Adhere to all state and federal regulations and standards for hearing aid dispensing.
  9. Maintain and organize hearing aid inventory and supplies.
  10. Attend training and continuing education opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
  11. Represent Costco in a professional and positive manner at all times.
  12. Collaborate with insurance companies and third-party payers to ensure proper billing and reimbursement.
  13. Maintain confidentiality of member information and records.
  14. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the department.
  15. Continuously strive to improve and enhance the hearing aid services provided to members.
