  4. Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in hearing aid technology and conduct research to provide the best solutions for members.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with members by providing exceptional customer service and follow-up care.
  6. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as audiologists and physicians, to ensure comprehensive care for members.
  7. Maintain accurate records of member interactions, including hearing evaluations and hearing aid fittings.
  8. Educate members on proper hearing aid care and maintenance techniques.
  9. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including equipment and inventory management.
  10. Adhere to all state and federal laws and regulations regarding the dispensing of hearing aids.
  11. Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and education to enhance skills and knowledge in the field of hearing aid dispensing.

Job Qualifications

  • State Licensure: A Licensed Hearing Aid Dispenser At Costco Wholesale Must Hold A Valid State License To Dispense Hearing Aids. This Includes Meeting The Education And Training Requirements Set By The State Licensing Board.
