- Dispense hearing aids to Costco members in a professional and knowledgeable manner.
- Conduct hearing tests and assessments to determine the appropriate hearing aid for each member.
- Provide personalized care and education to members about their hearing aids and how to properly use and maintain them.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, advancements, and new products in order to offer the best options to members.
- Maintain accurate records of member interactions and hearing aid sales.
- Communicate effectively with members, colleagues, and management to ensure a positive and efficient work environment.
- Collaborate with other departments and team members to ensure a seamless and satisfactory member experience.
- Adhere to all state and federal laws and regulations regarding hearing aid dispensing.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including all hearing aid equipment and supplies.
- Continuously strive to improve and enhance the hearing aid dispensing process for members.
- Attend trainings and workshops to further develop skills and knowledge related to hearing aid dispensing.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any member concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in inventory management, including ordering and stocking hearing aid supplies.
- Follow all Costco Wholesale policies and procedures, including those related to confidentiality and privacy.
- Represent Costco Wholesale in a positive and professional manner at all times.
State Licensure: A Valid State License To Dispense Hearing Aids Is A Necessary Qualification For This Role. Candidates Must Have Passed The State Licensing Exam And Maintain Current Licensure.
Education And Training: A Minimum Of An Associate's Degree In A Related Field, Such As Audiology Or Hearing Healthcare, Is Typically Required For This Position. Candidates May Also Need To Complete Specific Training Programs Or Courses To Obtain A License.
