Kronos WFC - Software Developer

Defines, configures/develops, tests, analyzes, and maintains Kronos Workforce Central application (Timekeeping, Scheduling, Attendance, and Analytics). Works with business to gather requirements, configures solutions within Kronos and develops WIM and other custom interfaces. Collaborates in a team environment and independently with vendors, business partners and technology teams on projects, support activities, application development and standardization. Creates detailed functional and technical design documents, test plans, and implementation documents. Creates and supports custom reports and audit inquiries from the business. Develops scalable, low latency, reliable and efficient interfaces that meets the business requirements. Monitors and troubleshoots Payroll Export jobs and other interfaces for any issues.
