- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to determine IT vendor needs and requirements.
- Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes for IT vendors, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage the budget for IT vendor contracts and expenses, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in IT vendor management to make informed decisions and recommendations.
- Proactively identify and address any issues or concerns with IT vendors, working to find solutions and maintain a positive relationship.
- Communicate effectively with both internal teams and external vendors to ensure clear expectations and alignment of goals.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the IT vendor management process to streamline operations and increase efficiency.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Information Technology, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Vendor Management, Preferably In The It Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Procurement Processes And Contract Negotiation.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Build And Maintain Relationships With Vendors.
Knowledge Of It Systems And Technologies Used In A Retail Environment, Such As Inventory Management And Point-Of-Sale Systems.
