IT Compliance Analyst

We are looking for an IT Compliance Analyst to join the team at Costco Wholesale! As an IT Compliance Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring operational integrity and compliance with applicable standards, regulations, and policies within the Information Technology (IT) Department. If you have a passion for technology and compliance, along with the qualifications outlined below, we want to hear from you!To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field and at least 2-3 years of experience in the Information Technology industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT compliance processes, including risk management, auditing, and security. In addition, you should have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills. Previous experience in a warehouse setting is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure operational integrity and compliance with applicable standards, regulations, and policies within the Information Technology (IT) Department.
2. Develop and implement risk management processes and compliance protocols.
3. Monitor and audit IT systems for compliance violations.
4. Investigate and analyze IT compliance issues and recommend resolutions.
5. Liaise with other departments to ensure compliance with applicable standards, regulations, and policies.
6. Develop and maintain IT compliance training and awareness programs.
7. Identify and document IT compliance risks and opportunities.
8. Prepare and present reports on IT compliance activities.
9. Provide advice and guidance on IT compliance matters.
10. Monitor industry news and changes in regulations to ensure compliance.
