- Keep track of inventory and supplies needed for office maintenance and restock as needed.
- Respond promptly to any maintenance requests or issues reported by employees.
- Coordinate with external vendors for larger maintenance projects or repairs.
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance performed and report any major issues to the appropriate parties.
- Proactively identify potential safety hazards and take necessary precautions to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and efficient workflow.
- Assist with setting up and organizing office events and meetings.
- Uphold company standards for cleanliness and organization in all areas of the corporate office.

Prior Experience In A Maintenance Or Handyman Role, Preferably In A Commercial Or Retail Setting.
Knowledge Of Basic Carpentry, Plumbing, And Electrical Repairs.
Ability To Work Independently And Efficiently, With Strong Time Management Skills.
Familiarity With Safety Procedures And Regulations Related To Building Maintenance.
Strong Communication Skills, Both Verbal And Written, To Effectively Report And Document Any Maintenance Issues.
