Previous Maintenance Experience: Prior Experience In Building Or Equipment Maintenance Is Highly Preferred. This Could Include Experience In Carpentry, Plumbing, Electrical Work, Or General Handyman Skills.
Physical Strength And Stamina: This Position May Require Lifting Heavy Objects, Working On Ladders, And Standing For Long Periods Of Time. Candidates Should Be Physically Fit And Able To Handle The Physical Demands Of The Job.
