  1. Fit and dispense hearing aids to individuals with hearing loss in a professional and knowledgeable manner.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service and care to members seeking hearing aid services.
  3. Maintain a thorough understanding of various hearing aid products and technologies available at Costco Wholesale.
  4. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in hearing aid technology.
  5. Conduct hearing evaluations and recommend appropriate hearing aid solutions based on individual needs.
  6. Educate members on proper use and maintenance of hearing aids.
  7. Keep accurate records of member consultations and hearing aid fittings.
  8. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible care for members.
  9. Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding hearing aid services.
  10. Continuously seek ways to improve the quality of care and services provided to members.
  11. Attend training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills.
  12. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  13. Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding member needs and concerns.
  14. Follow up with members to ensure satisfaction with their hearing aids and address any issues or concerns.
  15. Maintain confidentiality of member information.
  16. Work with insurance providers to process claims and ensure accurate billing.
  17. Adhere to all safety and health regulations.
  18. Uphold the values and mission of Costco Wholesale at all times.

  • Certified Audiologist: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Certification In Audiology From A Recognized Institution, Demonstrating Their Expertise And Knowledge In The Field Of Hearing Aids.

  • Experience In Hearing Aid Sales: Costco Wholesale Is Looking For Candidates With Prior Experience In Selling Hearing Aids. This Experience Will Help Them Understand The Needs Of Customers And Provide Them With The Best Solutions.
