- Conduct hearing screenings and assessments to determine customers' hearing needs and recommend appropriate hearing aid solutions.
- Provide personalized and professional customer service to assist customers in finding the best hearing aid options for their individual needs.
- Educate customers on the different types of hearing aids, their features, and benefits.
- Demonstrate how to properly use and maintain hearing aids to ensure optimal performance.
- Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and new hearing aid technologies to provide the best recommendations to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and hearing aid fittings.
- Work closely with the Costco Optical department to coordinate appointments and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Collaborate with manufacturers and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and availability of hearing aid products.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to continuously improve knowledge and skills related to hearing health and hearing aids.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding customer service, sales, and safety.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the hearing aid department.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Costco and uphold the company's values and reputation.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and enhance the overall customer experience.
A Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Hearing Aid Sales And Fitting, Preferably In A Retail Setting.
Strong Knowledge Of Hearing Aid Technology And The Ability To Stay Updated On Industry Developments.
Excellent Customer Service Skills And The Ability To Build Rapport With Clients.
Demonstrated Ability To Work Independently And Manage A High Volume Of Appointments.
State Licensure As A Hearing Aid Specialist Or Audiologist, Or Willingness To Obtain Licensure Within A Specified Timeframe.
