  1. Greet and welcome customers to the gas station in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with fueling their vehicles and answering any questions they may have.
  3. Maintain a clean and organized gas station by regularly cleaning fuel pumps, windows, and surrounding areas.
  4. Monitor fuel levels and restock when necessary to ensure availability for customers.
  5. Process fuel transactions accurately and efficiently using the designated payment systems.
  6. Follow established safety procedures while handling fuel and operating equipment.
  7. Perform daily inspections and maintenance tasks on gas station equipment to ensure proper functioning.
  8. Keep track of inventory and report any shortages or discrepancies to the supervisor.
  9. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the gas station during busy periods.
  10. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
  11. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and promotional offers to provide accurate information to customers.
  12. Proactively address and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to safety and cash handling.
  14. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing Costco Wholesale at all times.
  15. Assist with other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.
