  2. Assist members with their travel needs, including booking flights, hotels, car rentals, and vacation packages.
  3. Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, resolving issues, and recommending products and services.
  4. Maintain a strong understanding of the travel industry and stay updated on new trends and promotions.
  5. Ensure accuracy and attention to detail when booking reservations and processing payments.
  6. Handle high volume of calls and emails in a timely and efficient manner.
  7. Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
  8. Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and seamless booking process for customers.
