Excellent Customer Service Skills: A Reservation Agent At Costco Travel Must Possess Outstanding Customer Service Skills In Order To Assist Members With Their Travel Needs And Provide A Positive Experience.
Strong Communication Skills: Effective Communication Is Key In This Role, As Reservation Agents Must Be Able To Clearly And Professionally Communicate With Members, Vendors, And Other Team Members.
Attention To Detail: From Booking Flights And Hotels To Managing Itineraries, Reservation Agents Must Have A Keen Eye For Detail To Ensure Accuracy And Avoid Mistakes.
