- Greet and welcome customers to the Home Showroom location, providing excellent customer service and representing the Costco Wholesale brand.
- Assist customers in finding and selecting products for their homes, including providing product information and recommendations.
- Maintain a clean and organized showroom, ensuring that all products are properly displayed and stocked.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any stock shortages or issues to management.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, using POS systems and following all cash handling procedures.
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve any customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the Home Showroom.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions to effectively assist customers and make recommendations.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
- Work with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any delivery issues.
- Adhere to all safety and security protocols, including proper handling and storage of products.

Strong Organizational Skills: The Home Showroom Clerk Will Be Responsible For Maintaining The Showroom's Inventory And Keeping It Organized. They Should Have Excellent Organizational Skills To Ensure All Products Are Displayed Properly And Easily Accessible For Customers.
Attention To Detail: The Home Showroom Clerk Must Have A Keen Eye For Detail To Ensure All Products Are Displayed Correctly And Accurately Priced. They Should Also Be Able To Identify And Report Any Discrepancies In Inventory.
Knowledge Of Home Products: The Home Showroom Clerk Should Have A Good Understanding Of Different Home Products, Such As Furniture, Appliances, And Home Goods. This Knowledge Will Help Them Assist Customers With Product Inquiries And Make Recommendations Based On Their Needs.
