- Greet and welcome customers to the home showroom in a friendly and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized showroom, ensuring all products are displayed properly and shelves are fully stocked.
- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Process customer orders and handle any returns or exchanges.
- Monitor inventory levels and report any low stock items to management.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products to the showroom.
- Accurately record and maintain inventory counts.
- Perform regular maintenance and cleaning tasks in the showroom, such as dusting and restocking.
- Assist with setting up and dismantling displays for special events or promotions.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the showroom.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and pricing information to assist customers with their buying decisions.
- Follow all safety and security procedures to protect company assets and maintain a safe working environment.
