Welcome to the Costco Wholesale team! We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our logistics department as a Home Showroom Clerk. As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of our home showroom displays, ensuring accurate inventory counts, and providing exceptional customer service to our members.   1. Maintain the integrity of home showroom displays by ensuring all products are properly placed and labeled.
  2. Conduct daily inventory counts to ensure accurate stock levels in the home showroom.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service to members by answering questions, addressing concerns, and assisting with purchases.
  4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely restocking and rotation of products in the home showroom.
  5. Keep detailed records of all inventory transactions and report any discrepancies to management.
  6. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding inventory management and customer service.
  7. Assist with setting up and dismantling displays for special events or promotions.
  8. Maintain a clean and organized work area to provide a pleasant shopping experience for members.
  9. Act as a liaison between the home showroom and other departments to ensure efficient communication and coordination.
  10. Continuously monitor and report on the condition of showroom displays and recommend any necessary repairs or replacements.
  11. Proactively identify areas for improvement in the home showroom processes and procedures.
  12. Attend training sessions and meetings to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies.
  13. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
  14. Assist with other tasks and projects as assigned by management.
  15. Uphold a positive and professional attitude while representing the company and interacting with members.
