  1. Oversee and manage the logistics department to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products to our warehouses.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve and optimize the supply chain process.
  3. Monitor and track inventory levels to ensure adequate stock for customer demand.
  4. Collaborate with other departments, such as purchasing and sales, to forecast and meet product demand.
  5. Manage and negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and timely delivery.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with shipping carriers to negotiate favorable rates and resolve any transportation issues.
  7. Ensure compliance with all laws and regulations related to logistics and shipping.
  8. Identify areas for cost savings and implement measures to reduce expenses.
  9. Lead and develop a team of logistics professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve logistics processes and procedures to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  11. Communicate effectively with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely delivery of products.
  12. Monitor and analyze logistics data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
  13. Implement and maintain safety protocols and procedures for all logistics operations.
  14. Develop and maintain a budget for the logistics department and ensure expenses are within budget.
  15. Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to identify opportunities for improvement and stay ahead of competitors.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Leadership Role Within A Retail Or Distribution Environment.

  • Strong Understanding Of Supply Chain Principles And Logistics Operations, Including Inventory Management, Transportation, And Warehousing.

  • Proficiency In Data Analysis And Experience Working With Logistics Software And Systems.

  • Excellent Communication, Problem-Solving, And Decision-Making Skills, With The Ability To Lead And Motivate A Team.
