As an Administrative Clerk, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our logistics department.   1. Provide administrative support to the logistics department, including but not limited to data entry, filing, and scheduling.
  2. Maintain accurate and organized records of departmental activities and transactions.
  3. Communicate effectively with various departments and external vendors to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks.
  4. Assist in the preparation and distribution of reports, presentations, and other relevant documents.
  5. Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
  6. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  7. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and effective workflow.
  8. Monitor and order office supplies as needed.
  9. Assist in the coordination of meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
  10. Follow company policies and procedures to maintain compliance and uphold the company's reputation.
  11. Continuously seek opportunities to improve administrative processes and procedures for increased efficiency.
