- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all logistics activities, including shipping documents, invoices, and inventory reports.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory management to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve any supply chain issues.
- Assist in creating and implementing logistics processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Identify potential logistical problems and proactively work to find solutions to prevent delays or disruptions in the supply chain.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders by addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
