Job Description

Change Analysts are responsible for the quality and integrity of the IT Technical Change Management (TCM) process. Identifies areas for operational and process improvements to increase: accuracy, compliance, efficiency, timeliness, and customer service. Supports the Problem Management team in identifying, addressing, reporting and communicating root causes that are discovered as a result of changes. Analyzes all technical change requests, ensuring information meets requirements for quality assurance testing, deployment planning, rollback processes, and risk mitigation. Detects and reports unauthorized changes through the daily change reconciliation process. Performs user acceptance testing (UAT) on Change management tool capabilities released to production, including features and enhancements

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years’ demonstrated IT Service Management experience, in a large enterprise environment.

  • Minimum of 6 years in a large enterprise IT environment.

  • Must be self-motivated and able to work independently or with team members with little supervision.

  • Understanding types of Configuration Items in a CMDB that relate and support the Service Support processes.

  • Experience engaging with senior level business leaders and stakeholders. .
