Business Analyst - Identity Access Management

This role will be responsible for managing expectations with application stakeholders, designing, implementing, and troubleshooting solutions related to the integration with Identity Management Systems. Gathers and documents for requirements, manages time, schedule interviews, demos, etc. Refines and builds specific requirements, use cases, and personas. Builds the requirements management plan, along with identification of the stakeholders and roles/responsibilities. Identifies and normalizes the common requirements. Develops the requirement, traceability, strategy, and verification in the user stories and test cases. Creates a requirement change control plan. Identifies and resolves any conflicting requirements. Prepares UML diagrams such as use case, activity, and sequence diagrams as needed.
